He's a great asset to the team. He's an excellent shot blocker, an excellent rebounder, and can get garbage buckets off offensive rebounds. I don't think he could really be immediately replaceable. I don't think anyone else besides Maxiell could've blocked Chandler like that, or have gotten Garnett in the playoffs. Not many people would've tried to block Chandler once he was up that high -- it proves that Maxiell plays with great heart, going out there night in and night out to give it his all.
