It's not necessarily that hes a bad coach (maybe) it's just a lack of experience and it makes things a billion times harder when your guys don't believe in you. The only way to fix it is with time which sucks cause i really don't want him back next year but Joey flippin D is gonna keep him. Bottom line, he's a rookie coach.
