@Steve and TAD: If we arent facing the Hawks in the 1st round, its a must we play Orlando. I dont mind the 7 if Orlando in Number 2. The Magic have to be scared of us. I wouldnt be suprised if they purposely tried to NOT face the Pistons.

In my opinion thats the smart move.

If Detroit can get healthy, they can get rolling and gain momentum facing Orlando. If this happens, we would have to play the Cavs in the 2nd round, but we always play them tight. This could be interesting.

Yeah it should be really interesting how it all ends up in the standings.

Cavs are going to be #1 for sure. And Boston and Orlando are (essentially) tied for #2 w/ just 11 games to play.

Atlanta will probably be #4, and then seeds #5-8 are all jumbled.

Should be fun. As long as Pistons draw the Magic.

I was about to rebuff you Steve, but I checked and didn't even realize that Orlando is indeed the #2 seed right now in the East. Nice win by them last night over the Celtics. I think someone should tell them that they don't want to face the Pistons.

It's an interesting dilemma. It seems they're not good enough to beat the elite teams, but this lottery looks bad, aside from the top projected pick Blake Griffin.

I say they sneak in as the 7th seed, drawing the #2 Orlando Magic. A healthy Pistons team (w/o AI) beats them in 6 games.
