David vs. Goliath
What’s Going on World?
John W. Davis here.
It’s game time and I wanted to share Mr. Rasheed Wallace’s take with you.
Rasheed’s 1st Round take: ”It’s going to be a good challenge,” he said. “They’ve got a pretty good record, a pretty good home record and I know they are feeling themselves right now. So I guess it’s going to be like David vs. Goliath.”
That’s pretty much sums it up…
But if the Pistons are your team you are supposed to believe no matter what. We can be down 3-0 in the series and down by 10 in the last 3 mins of game 4 and I will still believe.
If you call yourself a Pistons fan and you are saying this playoff series is over before it even starts then YOU ARE NOT A DIE HARD FAN!
Check out the Pistonscast Playoff Preview Show!
We have no reason to DIE OR GIVEUP YET!
This will be a battle just like David and Goliath! Episode 101 Baby!
Peace,
John W. Davis

While many would say that the Detroit has no chance against the Cavs, I always belief there is still that fairy tale story in sports. Forget about the regular season’s record. The Pistons have plenty of experience when it come to the playoffs.
The likes of Hamilton, Wallace, Prince & Dice can turn things around, if they want to. The Pistons still have that character of a Championship pedrigree team, though it was never shown throughout the year. Well maybe, that time is now.
Overall the 2009 season is expected to be the most exciting ever in recent years and I can’t wait for it to began. For me personally as an Albiceleste supporter, things are not looking good but we’ll just have to wait and see.
Oh yes! I’ve also published my own version (not really mine but a friend name Dave from the NBA Round Table) and would like you to give us your view as well.

I just saw Lebron get frustrated over Afflalo’s leaning jumpshot.
I second that Afflalo is one of the key factors for us, really. I’ve always been pro-Afflalo (:P) because of his defense and fundamentals. I like how he defends Lebron willingly. Getting off point.
Go Detroit! :]

I think it’s time for the “LeBron Rules”.
John April 21st at 12:55 pm
Young TAD, There are no rules.
Imagine a more athletic Jordan 3 inches taller, 50 pounds heavier and twice as strong.
Can you defend that?
Meet King Lebron Raymone James.

Tongue-in-cheek, John. However, there is no reason not to throw the occasional double-team or zone defense at him. I hope Curry learns from these lessons and applies them next season.

Skip a Coach Curry. I want Coach Laimbeer!
TADOne April 21st at 4:23 pm
Coach Laimbeer?! Interesting. John, i’m going to need you to get at me again about doing a show. I’ll have a ton to add once the season ends and offseason speculation starts up.
