But can Boozer stay healthy?

On the note of the Pistons-Cavaliers series — Rasheed is right. It’s all entertainment. The refs call NOTHING on the Cavaliers I.E. LeBron and his teammates traveling, LeBron and his teammates committing obvious fouls…
Delonte West OBVIOUSLY goaltending Rodney Stuckey’s shot — should’ve been an And 1, and he misses one free throw on the two shots he gets.
Cleveland committing offensive goaltends (tipping the ball in while it’s above the cylinder).
And don’t even get me started on the moron from Brazil.
Okay, I’ll get started.
He gets into EVERYONE’S face, TAUNTS everyone, yet the PISTONS get called for technical fouls, and the flopper (who repeatedly is flopping in this series) gets away with all the crap and is smiling about it.
Amir wasn’t going to take the idiot getting into his face - so he pushes him away.
TECHNICAL FOUL - #25, AMIR JOHNSON
He PUSHES Kwame…
TECHNICAL FOUL - #38, KWAME BROWN
Rasheed gets a tech from the bench, all the while the Cavs players are screaming at the referees at every foul they call.
“Hey, REF!!! Didn’t you go over Stern’s plans!? You call that on THEM for TOUCHING me, not ME for BULLDOZING them. Got it now? Okay, okay, I know you have to try to make the game LOOK fair, but you’ve already had us shoot 50 more free throws than them, so what’s the difference?”

IMO, the best way to contain LeBron is put Stuckey on him and have either Amir or Kwame in the frontcourt. Look at the third quarter numbers when Curry finally put Stuckey on mr. superstar, he didn’t make his first 2 points until about 2 minutes left in the quarter and the Cavs were held to a 9 point quarter.
In addition a lot of credit has to be given to Kwame and Amir defensively. Look at their plus/minus numbers and compare it to Sheed’s. I love him, but Sheed has got to go. He’s been god awful as a helpside defender, especially in game 1 when LeBron just walked around him and dunked all night long.
As for Boozer, he’s rebounded much better than I expected but as Ryan said: the question is will he stay healthy over the length of the big 6 year contract Dumars wants to give out.

i do have a man crush on boozer haha, but i am willing to take my chances on boozers health
Ali Hassani April 25th at 3:07 pm
hence why you should run the Washington Wizards
Richard April 25th at 3:44 pm
what
John W. Davis April 26th at 8:59 am
@ Richard all I’m saying is you love Boozer a bit too much. lol. Boozer is hardly better than Paul Milsap.
Ali Hassani April 26th at 10:13 am
Think about the washington wizards, they are over the salary cap but won around 20 games this year. They’ve got good starters, if they actually play, but have got no bench talent. Catch my drift? You don’t want to hand out large contracts to guys that don’t play at least 75 games every year.
I wonder what happens if Boozer does not opt out of his contract because that would free up paul milsap. Does Dumars take a chance instead of waiting on Bosh or even Dirk for Milsap or does he pass it up for the big guys next year?
Richard April 26th at 10:32 am
millsap is overrated
