Believe in what Richard?

Sorry to be a downer. Our coach is inexperienced and makes mistakes, our line-up is hardly viable.

I'm already set for this team to rebuild ready for a strong run '10. Hopefully we can have an 'adequate' season this year and gets some development from Stuckey, Afflalo et cetera.

My first question wasn't rhetorical, I apologize if it seemed so. What could we believe in? :]

Richard sees my point.

I apologize for how you took what I said Ali, but I mean it casually.

I'm happy with Stuckey as the starting point guard. I think we need a 2-guard who can get his own scoring so Stuckey doesn't feel so much pressure trying to work within the old Pistons system which doesn't work anymore.

You have to admit, you insinuated that the Sessions thing was a brash idea.

As for Stuckey, I'm not quite sure where his future will take him. At least not under Curry anyways.

Uhm.. Calm down.

I never called you an idiot.

Stuck’ is the future!"

Stuckey is a starter, that's all it meant. Don't get so defensive. It's a discussion, not debate.

Astrid you must be exceedingly blind to the world to claim I'm the first person to bring this up. The idea of another point guard, including Sessions, has been brought up here for about a month or so.

All I'm saying is I'd rather have Ramon sessions than Ben Gordon. Scoring isn't indicative of impact, a good example of this is Ariza.

Astrid, I'm fine if you have a valid argument against my ideas; I appreciate the commentary. But don't call me an idiot if you don't have your facts straight.

On the brightside, even though I'm still mad at milwaukee for taking Jennings, it does mean they expect to lose Sessions. Why else take him over Earl Clark when they just lost their starting small forward?

I think Sessions would definitely have a much bigger impact on the pistons than Gordon would, he's a true point guard and an assist monster. Not to mention he's extremely athletic.

I wonder what happens with Rip if that happens? Does he get traded or does Stuckey go back to the bench?

Rumors are the Turk wants $10 million a year, not sure he's worth that money when he's likely to be on the decline next year.

This is why I'm so frustrated with this free agency, everyone seems either to be injury prone or overpaid

And of course, Dumars has to go and trade Budinger for another pick. As much as I like Bundinger, I guess this move actually makes sense considering how many small forwards the team has right now

And don't forget about Sharpe or my man D. Washington (I mean seriously, he jumped over a guy twice in one game!).

But once again, I REALLY like the second round. I would have much rather had Holiday over Daye, but he picked up 2 steals, possibly 3 depending on how the Swede turns out.

But how do you guard guys like Pierce or Granger, let alone lebron with Daye? I'm concerned he's another Adam Morrison.

I really, really, really like the second round picks though. This has to be by far Dumar's best second round in years. My only gripe is that milwaukee screwed up my plans yet again and took Jodie Meeks. I wanted some more pure shooters, but I'm extremely happy with Budinger and Summers.

Ohh and this proves my theory that gregg popovich has to be the best GM/Scout/Coach in the league. You just don't see other teams getting guys quality like Parker, Ginobli or even Blaire this late in drafts

that's not true, Orlando's going over the cap to get him

I personally think that was a dumb move on Orlando's part. Unless if they win next year, it'll haunt them because Lee was looking like he was going to be a very good shooting guard and Carter is clearly on the decline
