The east is stacked at about all the backcourt positions and smallforward and the pistons don't have a real center anyways. So really it comes down to him, Bosh, KG and Brand. I doubt Brand will make it since he's such an awful fit in Philly and KG may not be healthy considering he's almost as old as Sheed.
