Dreams Of Free Agency: The 2010 New York Knicks Edition
Guys like Lebron, and D-Wade, even Joe Johnson have a lot of pride.
Meaning they want to try to win championships on their own terms without playing on an 82-game All-Star team.
The only time you see guys do that is when they get old.
Example: Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen.
So maybe If Lebron is 30 and has not won a championship on his own, I can see him teaming up with other Hall of Fame Players.
Right now, it’s a long shot.
I think Lebron’s legacy would be tainted if his first championship comes with the help of Chris Bosh or D-Wade or any other top tier free agents.
But if he wins the championship… Expect the Dominoes to fall aka He’s gone!

I think LeBron will stay in Cleveland regardless of whether or not he ends this season with a ring. I can’t imagine him leaving the city that has stuck behind him all these years to go to the struggling Knicks or Nets. Not only is Cleveland better suited to win more championships in the coming years if they can keep the core of that team together, but I don’t think LeBron wants to leave and end up coming back on another team and getting booed in the same arena that used to cheer him on. When the dust settles, I think the big time superstars in this year’s free agency class will end up staying where they play right now, including LeBron.

This is just… If you saw the plays, they were ugly. Seeing it like that (above), I’m not sure what’s worse.
0-3 and a foul in 37 seconds. That included time when the possession was with Boston. Seriously…
I’d go into details about how he took two bad shots (and missed :F) in 16 seconds in two separate plays and then went on to miss a open three 25 seconds later before rushing late on defense to give the foul.
I love my team, but not Charlie. :[
Oh well, I guess it goes well for tanking the season huh, Deven, John? :p
I may as well add, by the time it’s took me to write this in a mixture of anger and bemusement - CV fouled twice more. XD

I think it was around this time last year when I wasn’t giving up on the Pistons making the playoffs. I’M STILL NOT GIVING UP! TWENTY-TWO GAME OR HOWEVER MANY GAMES ARE LEFT WINNING STREAK BABY!
Charlie V. sucks. I don’t know what it is about him that made me not like him. When I watched him at UCONN, even the McDonalds All-American game I couldn’t stand him. Unfortunately he’s with us. Hopefully he’ll make us forget this season next year and plays like he did with Milwaukee whan Michael Redd whent down. 31 is an ugly number.

I dont get to watch the PISTONS that much anymore an when I get to see them on national TV and see them get embarrassed every freakin time it hurts! I’m embarrassed to even rep this time as hard as I do out here. Can you imagine being in another state always talking good about your team and when you see em they get spanked! AHHHHHH!!!
First off CHARLIE V. effin SUCKS!! Dude’s gettin paid all this money to chill out. I mean he’s paid now why should he care? Bad move Joe D. should of waited till this summer an got a REAL big man!
We have NO DEFENSE at all! They’re just out there going thru the motions the whole game.
We need to get a REAL point guard Stuckey is not the answer.
And maybe jus maybe…. we might need to trade RIP… Yeah I said it. And that’s just a maybe John and Devin yall know how I feel about my boy.
Oh yeah CHARLIE V. SUCKS!!!!!!!!

@Mike Watson! OMG STOP THE PRESSES!!! MIKE WATSON IS WILLING TO TRADE RIP!
ALL HELL IS ABOUT TO BREAK LOSE!
Mike Watson March 16th at 9:29 pm
I said MAYBE John and that’s a big MAYBE. I just hate seeing my team like this. I’m only willing to trade RIP if we get a decent no great big man outta the deal for him.
I just hate seeing my team like this. I mean there’s no reason with all the great scoring we have on this team (RIP, BG, Prince, Stuckey, Bynum, Charlie V.) that we should be last in the leauge in scoring. Some ppl say that we’re losing games on purpose in order to get a good draft pick. IDK but it almost seems that way at times. Miami did it and got the number 2 pick in the draft sooo…
But you have to look at it like this, Keuster is a rookie coach in and he has alotta young talent on his roster. Sometimes a young coach has to grow with his young talent i.e. Atlanta Hawks, OKC Thunder, Memphis Grizzles.. all those guys were crap a few years ago but they stuck with they’re coach and players and look were they are now. So all I’m saying is give Keauster some time to develop his young talent and we get a good draft pick from this year and I see some good things happening.
But always RIP CITY FOR LIFE!!!

Wow! I can’t believe there wasn’t a goaltend on that LBJ block. Why can’t we use replay for that?

I’m sorry that this doesn’t have anything to do with the topic you posted… but John Kuester’s post game quotes annoy me for some reason.
“I give them credit.”
He says that all the time. “I give the other team credit.”
Astrid March 17th at 9:01 am
I give Kuester credit. :p
A lot of the time it is the other team, even if the referee was a crackpot yesterday.
Another thing, you never see Kuester not arguing for calls. Which I like. I want to see what he can do with a healthy team with the chemistry flowing.

@ Young R. You know we go off topic all the time.
You’re always free to change the topic!
